Hand-picked transported in 20 kg boxes. Sorted and crushed, collected in a "lagar" (open tank). During the fermentation process, use was made of basket plunching instead of pumping around.

About olive oil & honey LUYT Maarten planted about 300 olive trees on his estate at Quinta de Alaúde. The result is impressive: a delicious soft olive oil of class “extra virgin”. Ideally suited as a dressing, on salads, but also for baking and frying. Suitable for both hot and cold dishes.
